Built for Trust. Engineered for Protection.

At SnapBallot, security isn’t an add-on, it’s the foundation of everything we do. We understand that trust is earned, especially when it comes to voting. That’s why our platform is built with enterprise-grade security protocols to protect every vote, every voter, and every election.

Vote Authentication

We use unique, single‑use magic links sent directly to each voter, providing secure access to their ballot without the need for passwords. This approach helps confirm voter eligibility, supports one vote per participant, and delivers a smooth, user‑friendly voting experience.

Admin Account Security

SnapBallot is designed with election integrity in mind. To protect administrative access and sensitive election data, platform administrators can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. This added layer of security helps ensure that only authorized personnel can manage election setup, monitor participation, and access results.
